Clinical Supervision for
LPC-Associates
Clinical supervision at Root to Rise is grounded in a person-centered, eclectic approach that honors both the development of the clinician and the integrity of the therapeutic process. Supervision is collaborative, reflective, and conversational in nature—creating space for curiosity, skill-building, and honest exploration.
We focus not only on clinical knowledge and interventions, but on the ongoing development of your professional identity as a counselor. This includes deepening self-awareness, strengthening your ability to attune to clients, and cultivating the capacity to hold therapeutic space with presence, clarity, and intention.
Our work together integrates theory, practical application, and real-time processing of client dynamics, with attention to trauma-informed care, relational patterns, and the broader systems that impact both clinician and client. Supervision is a place to refine your clinical lens, build confidence in your decision-making, and grow into a grounded, ethical, and effective practitioner.
Clinical supervision is facilitated by Leah J. Singer, M.Ed., LPC-S, RYT-200.
