You feel like you’ve tried it all. You just cant seem to reach your teen despite attempt after attempt at connecting.
What happened to the relationship we once had before? Can we get back to that? How can I show up for myself, my partner, my other children, while also showing up for my teen?
Parenting is a challenge in itself. When navigating substance use and mental health challenges become a part of the picture, many parents find themselves navigating fear, uncertainty, and a deep sense of isolation.
Parents may find themselves:
– Monitoring their teens constantly
– Checking their phones
– Losing sleep at night
– Wondering what went wrong
– Unsure of what to do next
You’re not alone in this experience and you don’t have to manage this all alone either.
