You feel like you’ve tried it all.
You can’t seem to reach your teen, despite attempt after attempt at connecting.
What happened to the relationship you used to have? Somewhere between childhood and now, the conversations got shorter, the door stayed closed more often, and the closeness you used to share started to feel out of reach.
We work with families to rebuild that connection – not by “fixing” your teen, but by understanding what’s happening on both sides and finding a way back to each other.
Parents may find themselves:
- Monitoring their teen constantly
- Checking their phone
- Watching for warning signs
- Losing sleep at night
- Worrying about where things are headed
- Wondering what went wrong
- Replaying when the shift happened
- Unsure of what to do next
- Having already tried the obvious things
- Feeling like every conversation turns into conflict or shutdown
- Missing the relationship they used to have, and grieving that loss even while their teen is still right there
What we work with:
- Parent-teen communication breakdown: rebuilding the ability to talk to each other without it becoming a fight
- Reconnection after distance: when a once-close relationship has become guarded or distant
- Behavioral concerns: supporting families navigating a teen’s changing behavior, mood, or choices
- Family conflict: reducing the cycle of conflict and shutdown that keeps repeating
- Trust repair: rebuilding trust after it’s been strained, on either side
- Family sessions alongside individual support: for parents who also want their own space to process what’s happening
- Teens navigating their own anxiety, depression, or stress that’s affecting the family as a whole
You’re not alone in this experience, and you don’t have to manage it alone either.
Sessions are conversational and educational – creating space for reflection, understanding, and growth for the whole family, not just the struggles with your teen.
